什么是雪燕？

雪燕是从植物树胶中自然分泌并采集的天然植物胶，属于天然植物胶类的燕窝。颜色晶莹剔透，口感滑嫩清爽，类似于燕窝口感，深受养生族群喜爱。

功效	滋阴润肺，美颜养肤，促进肠胃健康
适合人士	儿童，青少年，成人，老年人，孕妇建议少量食用。（不建议3岁以下儿童过量食用）
泡法与煮法	1. 取适量的雪燕 2. 加入室温水浸泡至少8-12小时，待其完全膨胀 3. 泡发后去除杂质 4. 将泡发后的雪燕放入炖盅或锅中 5. 加入适量的清水和其要加入的食材 6. 以文火慢炖30分钟至1小时，即可享用。
注意事项	雪燕性质温和，适合大部分人食用，但如有特殊体质，发烧感冒，怀孕和月经期间服用中药产品应先咨询医生的意见。
保存方法	不恰当储存如过度阳光直射，高温或潮湿将会导致产品变质。不可碰到水可室温保存1年

【Gum Tragacanth】

What is Gum Tragacanth?

It's a natural plant-based resin harvested from tree sap. It belongs to a same family of plant-based edible gums as peach gum and gum tragacanth. With a crystal clear appearance and jelly like texture.

Suitable for	Children, teenagers, adults and the elderly Pregnant women are advised to consume in moderation. Not recommended for children under 3 years old to consume in large amounts.
Soaking & Cooking intructions	1. Take an approriate amount of Gum tragacanth 2. Soak in room temperature water for at least 8-12 hours until fully expanded. 3. Remove any impurities after soaking. 4. Place the soaked gum tragacanth into a double boiler or pot. 5. Add clean water and any desired ingredients (eg. red dates, gouji berries etc). 6. Simmer gently for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Enjoy warm or chilled.
Notes	Gum tragacanth is mild and generally suitable for most people. However, if you have specific health conditions, are pregnant, have a fever, or are on medication, please consult your physician before consumption.
Storage	Store away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity to prevent spoilage. Do not allow product to come into contact with water. Can be stored at room temperature for up to 1 year.
