什么是桃胶?
是桃树分泌出的天然树脂,经过自然风干后结成晶莹剔透的颗粒。它富含植物性胶质、氨基酸及多种营养成分,素有“平民燕窝”之称。

泡法与煮法 | 1. 取适量的桃胶 2. 加入室温水浸泡至少8-12小时,待其完全膨胀 3. 泡发后去除杂质 4. 将泡发后的桃胶放入炖盅或锅中 5. 加入适量的清水和其要加入的食材 6. 以文火慢炖30分钟至1小时,即可享用。 |
注意事项 | 桃胶性质温和,属于天然食材,适合大部分人食用,但如有特殊体质,发烧感冒,怀孕和月经期间服用中药产品应先咨询医生的意见。 |
保存方法 | 不恰当储存如过度阳光直射,高温或潮湿将会导致产品变质。 不可碰到水 可室温保存1年 |

What is Peach Gum?

Suitable for | Children, teenagers, adults and the elderly *Pregnant women are advised to consume in moderation. *Not recommended for children under 3 years old to consume in large amounts. |
Soaking & Cooking intructions | 1. Take an approriate amount of Peach Gum 2. Soak in room temperature water for at least 8-12 hours until fully expanded. 3. Remove any impurities after soaking. 4. Place the soaked peach gum into a double boiler or pot. 5. Add clean water and any desired ingredients (eg. red dates, gouji berries etc). 6. Simmer gently for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Enjoy warm or chilled. |
Notes | Peach gum is mild and generally suitable for most people. However, if you have specific health conditions, are pregnant, have a fever, or are on medication, please consult your physician before consumption. |
Storage | Store away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity to prevent spoilage. Do not allow product to come into contact with water. Can be stored at room temperature for up to 1 year. |
